We set up our butcher’s shop in Ballinamore in September 2009. David is a local man, with 35 years experience as a butcher. “Quality produce, locally sourced at an affordable price” is what is on offer at Cannaboe Market.
All our beef and lamb are home produced or purchased from local farmers. It is fully traceable from farm to fork and matured for two to three weeks. David’s Pork, Bacon and Chicken products are 100% Irish and include homemade Sausages, Bacon, Stuffed Boned and Rolled easy-cook Chickens.
An extensive range of Fish is also available, including Cod, Haddock, Whiting, Salmon, Plaice etc. We have also sourced homemade and organic Jams, Sauces and Relishes which are available in the store and compliment the above products.
We also supply a range of ‘Cook at Home’ meals from the The Oarsman Restaurant in Carrick on Shannon.
